Jill Gabbert
President/Founder
Jill is the president and founder of Goodcare AtHome Rehab. She has been an occupational therapist for over 20 years and has worked in a variety of settings ranging from Level 1 trauma centers to home health. She is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) and a Certified Instructor in Dementia Capable Care. Jill is married to her husband Matt, and they have 3 children. Jill enjoys singing, playing the piano, watching her kids activities and an occasional vacation with family. She has sung in the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris, on Omaha Beach in Normandy for the 50th anniversary of D-Day as well as many beautiful cathedrals throughout Europe and the US with the Augustana College Choir.

Chelsea Schoenfelder
Director of Company Operations
Chelsea
brings a unique healthcare experience and background with her as the Director
of Company Operations. Chelsea has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nursing
from Augustana University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the
University of Sioux Falls. Chelsea is also a SHRM certified professional. She
has more than 10 years of experience in a variety of positions, including
Director of Nursing for a skilled nursing facility and assisted living
facility, Clinic Manager, long term care nurse and pediatric nurse. Chelsea
enjoys gardening, canning, camping and other outdoor activities with her son
and husband.
