Physical Therapy

  • Recent Falls

  • Increase in overall dependence with daily tasks, safety of tasks.
  • Decline in cognition: memory, safety, judgement, organization
  • Behaviors due to cognitive decline

Speech Therapy

  • Eating/swallowing difficulty
  • Weight loss

  • Shortness of breathe limits conversation

  • Gets lost inside facility
